Phil, Phil, Phil... what were you thinking.
Phil Jackson at his press conference on his return to the Lakers organization:
"Thank you, thank you. It's wonderful to be back with a top-tier organization like the Los Angeles Lakers. This game isn't about what happened last year, or the year before, it's about moving forward and finding ways to win a championship. That's what I intend to do and that's what we all plan to do. Now, before I answer any questions, where's that punk Kobe, because I'm gonna slap him around for about a half-hour."
