Robotic soldiers prepped by Pentagon
The Pentagon is getting ready for robotic soldiers in Iraq. This is all well and good until Skynet decides that we're the problem and then turns on us.

If the machines turn on us, we can always elect "The Terminator" president of the USA with a simple Constitutional ammendment.

You're right, and it would lead to the memorable inaugural catch phrase, "Amend this!" right before he launches the rocket launcher.
